It looks like Ciena is finding support on its 13-day Moving Average. Short-term outlook for the CIEN is bullish
. If in the next sessions new highs don't happen, I expect to see a decline due to the overbought conditions. On contrary, new fresh exposures on CIEN should be made only when the stock move above $14.86. If you are a short-term trader, use a stop loss at $14.22. Technically, the stock is in a Bull Market with share price above 20 dma, 50 dma and 200 daily moving average.

AIB was a winner today. The stock rose $0.11, or 4 percent, to $2.83. The Stochastic Oscillator is registering a strong bullish signal as the %K has crossed above the %D. Moreover, the daily RSI is also displaying positive divergence and has recovered from deeply oversold levels. Resistance is seen at the 20-day moving average, currently at $2,98, with major resistance found at $3.5.
