InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC) - The bulls have no reason to be alarmed yet. In fact, they may have a reason to celebrate, the stock closed the week above the  key resistance level of $75, a strong Bullish signal for next week.

XenoPort, Inc. (NASDAQ:XNPT) - Closed above the major resistance line at $6.99. Looks good over $7.18 ( 50-day SMA ) with volume. Although both 50 day and 200 day moving averages are falling, the rising KD shows the stock is probably now in recovery mode.

FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) is too cheap to be ignored. This is far under-valued stock in semi-conductor field. FormFactor, Inc. is a financially solid company with great fundamentals and will continue to be an excellent play in its sector. The currrent price is also certainly very attractive. It has no debt, 414 millions of market capitalization and about $325 million of cash or $6.38. Institutions own 90% of the company's shares. The company is repurchasing shares and is authorized to purchase an additional $46 million worth of shares over the next three months. From a technical perspective, the short term technical indicators are showing oversold readings. Probably on the upside we could see a bounce to around $8.50 or even $8.93 levels on FormFactor.

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB) has held up fairly well. Thursday's heavy volume could be a precursor to a new vertical move. Taking a look at the daily chart above we see that price action is still retracing to the upside. The RSI and Stochastics also indicates existence of strength. Positive MACD action. This may be a strong signal for fresh upside. All the smaller cap Chinese stocks are starting to rebound from the bloodbath. Keep it on your watch list.


THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) - The stock failed to continue its bullish momentum on Friday, bottomed at 1.82 and closed at 1.85. However, the stock dropped on low volume, dont forget that. The insider transaction chart shows that for the past few days the top executive has been purchasing the stock. In addition, institutions own 98.7% of the company's shares. The puchasing of common stocks from insiders should give a boost to the disappointing peformance of THQI stock which went from $6.01 per share last March to 52 weeks low of $1.74 cents on Thursday.

Shares of Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc (AMEX:HEB) continue to show some nice strength for a small cap. Keep an eye on resistance located at $.48 as well as $.50

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTIC) - As long as the stock is trading above $0.375, I like the stock. If the stock closes above $.416, you could see a big turnaround in CTIC.

Banner Corporation (NASDAQ:BANR) remains high on my radar due to the recent run up on heavy volume. I plan to buy the stock on a break above $2.53 and add more on a break above $2.64.

Shares of Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARNA) appear to be forming a bottom right now. A break below $1.26 would be very bearish but a break above $1.39 would be bullish and I plan to buy.

Corning Incorporated (NYSE:GLW) tried to break down today but buyers came in to support and the stock closed again above the $22 level. On daily chart we can see a pull back with low volume indicating a consolidation phase after some bullish momentum. The bias is neutral in nearest term. A break above $22.98 on a close basis should be seen as a serious threat for the stock to test the highs of February. Immediate resistance is seen at $22.58. Initial support at $22 followed by $21.85.

Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBGI) has been rising in an ascending triangle formation. We need a consistent move above $13.05 to continue the bullish scenario.

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ:CTSH) closed higher today, reconfirming the new uptrend after the recent break above the major resistance on expanding volume. Looking at the daily technical chart it shows very bullish sign as the stock is back on top of 13 day moving average. In addition %K line is still above %D line and MACD above 0, showing bull market. At the moment, it is still possible to see the stock advance a bit further from here.

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB)seems to have broken a falling wedge pattern today. This classical pattern often precedes reversals.

Affymax, Inc. (NASDAQ:AFFY) broke out a short term consolidation pattern accompanied by good volume, indicating some bullish behavior and we could possibly see some continued upside movement. The trend since last week was "buy on dips" and today's move just confirms this fact.

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB) successfully broke the resistance at $2.35 confirming a reversal from the previous downward trend. From the technical chart KD line shows positive signals as %K line is rising on top over %D line, and RSI continue moving up. OBV is beginning to turn around which suggests the stock is no longer being sold off. Stock as a major resistance at $2.45. I suspect the stock may continue to appreciate over the coming weeks.

A123 Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:AONE) - Looking at the technical chart, we can see that the recent increase in trading volume and rising OBV suggests buyers are accumulating stock. Traders are hoping for a breakout above $10 to signal that the bull market in stock is back.

Looking at the technical chart of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC), we have here a well defined uptrend line that has been tested when slow stochastics drops below 20. Each has been a strong buy signal for the stock. It looks like it may be starting to gain some momentum again and could be headed to test upside resistance at 21.50 or even the 22 level.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has risen steadily from its low of $235.56 at the end of August to touch an intra-day high of 319.57 today. From the chart above, we can see bearish divergence in some indicators which signaled underlying weakness in the stock. The current correction may bring the stock down to its 20-day moving average at $307.95. On the other hand, fresh buying may be considered on a close above $320.18.

DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ:DRYS) had a big move today. With this move, the stock closed above the short downtrend line on the daily chart. The immediate resistance is the psychological 200-day moving average level now at $4.90.Looking at the technical chart, we can see some positive technical signals, a bullish MACD crossover, a rising RSI line and a strong volume accumulation. A move above $4.90 would confirm that the stock has commenced the next phase of an upward move.


THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) is currently testing its horizontal resistance at 4.22. An upside breakout above this level could be the start of an uptrend for this stock. Looking at the technical chart the relative strength index indicator broke its downtrend and the stochastic is increasing in strength. A breakout above that resistance will be the start of a new upleg with first strong resistance at the horizontal line at 4.85. Insiders have been buying the stock in the last quarter, so watch the stock closely and be ready for this upcoming move.

On daily chart above we can see that the stock price had a nice bullish momentum after break above $12.25 area. The resistance line failed to hold the bullish power. The bias is bullish in nearest term testing $12.60. A Break above that area could trigger further upside testing $13.50. By a technical perspective, the stock still trading in a short-term bullish phase and the technical indicators still have some room to run to the upside before hitting overbought conditions. Keep an eye on NVDA for a possible breakout over $12.60.

Shares of NutriSystem Inc. (NTRI) surged 9% to $20.51 per share after posted better-than-forecast results for its fiscal second quarter ended September 30. Looking at the technical chart we can see that the stock broke out of a consolidation range on heavy volume. I'll be watching the stock again on Wednesday for a continuation of this breakout. The daily chart of NTRI shows a positive MACD crossover with both histograms and RSI moving up nicely.

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB) is a low volume small cap stock that may be poised to move higher. The stock has been consolidating in the range of $2.60 to $2.8 for the past trading month and could be close to breaking out. The stock faces strong intermediate-term resistance at $2.80 and this level needs to be crossed convincingly to signal a reversal in the long-term trend. The technical chart above shows the stock is in a rally as %K line is on top of %D line.  A break above resistance should at least push the stock to $3.20 per share where the 200-day moving average is. Investors can hold the stock with a stop at $2.60.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ:PLUG)  surged 7.45% or 0.03 cents to 0.505 cents per share leaving many investors wondering why the stock was up with no news. The stock traded on huge volume Wednesday providing good liquidity for those that like to trade in and out. Investors with a long-term perspective can buy the stock in declines with a stop at $.47.

Dear Traders, I hope your weekend was wonderful and that you've come back to the trading week excited about what I have to share with you. To start things off, let's take a look at the daily chart of the GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ:GIGM). The signal to buy was given today when the previous day high at $2.02 was taken out. On daily chart above we can see that the price broke above the trend line resistance at $2, indicating potential further upside pressure. The bias is bullish in nearest term testing 2.12 area but remains neutral and no clear direction in medium term. Only a clear break above 2.12 could confirmed the bullish scenario. With %K line back above %D line and stock back above 50 day MA we may see some rally coming. Positive money flow index is confirming the upside movement.

On Friday I brought American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB) !!! Look at it NOW !! The stock made a very significant move  today breaking out from its ascending triangle pattern which could be signs of a bottom here for the stock and the bulls ready to make some more moves. AOB has a good looking stock chart price broke out from the horizontal resistance mark around $2.60 on heavy volume in the face of a weak market. This breakout suggests a possible move to $3.02.

This stock is slowly under accumulation based on the Chain Money flow indicator also still showing positive divergences on MACD. All indicators are in favor of an upward price movement. Immediate resistance at $4.23. A break above that area should lead to further bullish momentum towards $4.85 area.

A123 Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:AONE) is currently in an uptrend and has seen huge uprise in prices. Nearest resistance for the stock is at $9.48. If this level is crossed, then the stock may see further buying interest. On the downside, support is at $8.49.

THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) has the look of an upcoming breakout, which could occur very soon.  If you look at its technical chart, you will see a tight consolidation that has occurred this past two weeks. The stock attempted to push higher on Friday, topped at $4.20 but closed at $4.13 on over 1.28 million shares.  On daily chart above we can see price is moving in a range area of $4.23 – 3.86. We need a break on either side to see clearer direction. I prefer a bullish scenario and expect break above $4.23 targeting $4.84 before testing $5.04 in medium term view. In the past one month of trading sessions, the stock went up more than 20%. Over the past 52-weeks, the stock traded within the range of $3.33-$8.29. From a technical standpoint, %K line and %D line continued upward movement and have not signed short-term reversal. MACD still moving up and is above the zero line. In addition, the momentum indicator MFI still showing strong demand in this upward trend. THQI is a quick moving stock, so watch it closely next week.

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) bullish momentum was paused on Friday. The bias is neutral in nearest but still within a major strong bullish scenario as price still move inside the bullish channel. Immediate support is at the lower line of the bullish channel and 1.67 region. Break below that area could trigger further bearish pullback testing 1.63/1.60 area. On the upside, we need a clear break above 1.85 to continue the bullish scenario testing $2. Keep a very close watch on this stock for Monday.

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB) was one of the stronger stocks on Friday, as it closed up 9 cents on the day. Resistance for the follow through move is $2.51. If the stock can break through this area, which is the top of this range, we should see a strong upside move. Watch AOB closely on Monday.

CTIC - Cell Therapeutics, Inc. - The stock broke a key resistance level on a volume expansion. Watching for a close above $.392
ZION - Zions Bancorporation - The stock appears to be holding the 200 dma nicely.

JASO - Jaso Solar - Watching for a close above $9.50

AAPL - Apple - Watching for a close above $294.73
