AC Investor stock picks for Tuesday May 11

CROX could go either way at this moment, it's dificullt to predict the next movement. The stock is just starting to turn higher off the 20 day moving average and it may be ready to breakout to new highs. The stock looks like it is in a well defined trading range and it is worth watching to see if it can break through the range soon. I still like this stock and expect to see an upside move very soon. Resistance stays at $11.40, which was the high on April 22th. Keep watching CROX on Tuesday.

HNSN bounced today and closed 9% higher. Looking at the technical chart, we can see that volume has remained strong with some strong buying spikes. The stochastics are stabilizing at current levels and look like they are turning positive. Resistance for Tuesday’s move is $2.53, which reflects Monday’s high of the day. I will watch HNSN closely tomorrow for this continuation move.

Moody's stock breaks down again today. There is no reason technical reasons to invest in this stock. The stock is still trading below the 50-day and 200 day moving average and MACD is below 0. Only a close above $22.53 would have positive implications in the near-term.

I will be watching LVLT very carefully on Tuesday as the stock could be setting up for an upside move. LVLT bounced of lows set last Friday on heavy volume. The stock closed up $0.03 today, which tell me there are buyers for this stock. Although both 50-day moving average and 200-day moving average are showing weakness, KD line is indicating upward swing. Resistance is $1.34, which reflects Monday’s high of the day. If the stock can break through this level we should see strong volume drive the stock higher. Watch LVLT closely throughout the day on Tuesday.
