Stocks to Watch for February 26, 2014

Cameco Corporation (NYSE:CCJ) Today the stock made a strong move to the upside, closing near the highs. The stock is setting up to break out and has one more level to go, which is $23.19.

Oncolytics Biotech, Inc.(NASDAQ:ONCY) technical daily chart looks really good. The stock has been in a nice uptrend for the last three weeks and it looks very strong with the 20-day exp. moving average going up. ADX is also indicating that the current short term price trend is very bullish. In addition, the MACD is increasing, indicating positive momentum. The price can head towards the $1.75-$1.8 zone. If this zone is surpassed, getting to $2 would be a possibility.

BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) had a very nice day today as it broke out from a nice bull flag formation with high volume. All major EMAs are rising and the stock is trading above them. Bulls will regain complete control when the stock closes above its January top. Technical indicators are bullish.

Uranerz Energy Corp. (NYSEMKT:URZ) tried to break out today but failed. Volume patterns good, keep an eye on it the next few days.

Denison Mines Corp (NYSEMKT:DNN) had a very nice day today, breaking out above the $1.46 level on heavy volume. As long as it can hold this level, it looks good.

Plug Power Inc (NASDAQ:PLUG) On watchlist no trigger yet. Long above $4.20. If the stock can break through this level, buy the stock and watch it take off. There is plenty of accumulation on daily chart. Stop now located at 3.49

Thursday's Stocks to Watch, Mar 14

Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) broke out of a symmetrical triangle pattern on the upside accompanied with expanding volume. Upside target of 22. Resistance at 17.22 and 18.32 which are the previous highs. The stock traded heavy volume as it hit a high of $15.70. This high is resistance for Thursday’s continuation move. If the stock can break through this level, I expect to see another strong upside move to $17 and better.

As I mentioned on Twitter, I keep holding my long position in this stock waiting for a possible breakout. FORM has formed a very crucial and strong support at $4.85 levels and is trading above that level. MACD is just turning positive and ADX gave clear buys signals today, so an upward movement is likely.

Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) confirmed today the reversal and can potentially set-up very well for a swing-trade if the stock breaks through the resistance level at $24.73. Technical indicators are becoming more favorable with RSI and CMF starting to turn up. There could be good upside in this trade, so watch UIS closely on Thursday.

Vringo, Inc. (NYSEAMEX:VRNG) closed back over the $3 mark and the volume was good. This is a good stock but needs more volume to sustain its new up move. Price is expected to at least rally the next resistance at $3.16 and even go higher to test the next resistance level at $3.3. The forecast is valid only if the price of VRNG stays above $2.83.

Joe's Jeans Inc (NASDAQ:JOEZ) showed buying strength all day. The stock is on the verge of breaking out and it could happen very soon. Once the stock breaks $1.66, jump in and watch JOEZ take off. Stop 1.44

Denison Mines Corp (USA) (NYSEAMEX:DNN) Nice looking breakout with volume. The technical daily chart above shows the momentum indicators have turned up and the RSI is on the rise.

4 Long Setups To Watch on Thursday

Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE:KOG) traced out a nice setup and the upside breakout has a lot of power. Volume surged and this breakout looks like it is here to stay. There looks to be good upside in KOG, so keep it on your radar the next few days.

After Pacific Biosciences of California (NASDAQ:PACB) bottomed out at $2.25 on December 19, price action is up a healthy 35%...pushing the stock from below the 20-day SMA to near the 50-day SMA. RSI simultaneously regained the 50-point line that indicates positive momentum is back at the PACB party. The technical indicator MACD is also near to cross above signal again, alerting traders throughout the market that the stock is back on the move. In addition, the recent accumulation has been interesting to say the least. So, keep an eye on PACB for a possible breakout over $3.03.

Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) - The stock closed at $51.15, up $4.12 (+8.76%) on volume of 7.47 Million. LULU has a good looking stock chart price broke out from the horizontal resistance mark around $50. All indicators are now in favor of an upward price movement. Intermediate resistances for the stock exists in the zone between $52.57 and $52.81. This momentum could push this stock much higher from here, so keep it on the radar.

Denison Mines Corp. (NYSEAMEX:DNN) was a nice runner from the buy list yesterday. The stock has finally closed above its 50 week moving average currently placed around levels of $1.41. This stock has just started moving higher and established a short term up-trend. Momentum indicators are slightly bullish now with RSI inching away above the middle level. The strongest sign of a bullish momentum is the MACD indicator which has just started to increase. The On Balance Volume is also showing positive signs on the stock. Price is expected to at least rally the next resistance at $1.68.

5 Stocks Worth Watching

Shares of USEC Inc. (NYSE:USU) soared 13% or 15 cents to $1.29 per shares on heavy volume. The stock has had a rough time over the past weeks, but today’s bounce could be the first move to recovery. The technical chart shows the stock is in a rally as %K line is rising on top of %D line as the price is back above 20-day moving average. Another bullish indicator is the MACD which is showing a bullish divergence, while we are not so far to cross his neutral signal. In addition, the short-term downtrend line has been broken. At this stage, we can expect to see higher prices in the days to come.

Novatel Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NVTL) has been under pressure recently but in the last sessions the stock reversal its trend. I like the chart formation for this stock and expect to see a stronger breakout move. Resistance is now $3.29. Keep the stock on your radar for the next few trading days. If the stock can break through resistance, we should see a strong upside move. I notice that +DI is also above –DI, which indicates a continuation of the up trend.

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) - On the tehcnical chart the present uptrend is getting confirmed as the days go on. The major trend is still bullish as we can see on the chart above. I'm using today’s high of $668.15 as resistance for tomorrow. A break above that area could trigger further bullish momentum towards $680.

Four Trade Ideas for Friday

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY) stock is breaking out technically. KD line shows positive signs as %K line is rising on top over %D line and RSI continue moving up. I suspect the stock may continue to appreciate over the coming days.

Alcatel-Lucent (ADR) (NYSE:ALU) remains one of the hottest stocks on the market. The stock has been in a nice uptrend for the last two weeks and it looks very strong with both 50-day and 200-day moving average going up while %K line is on top of %D line. ALU is now on the overbought level, so this means a possible correction is near. This may give us a chance to jump in on the stock when it moves lower. This is a stock to keep an eye on for awhile.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (NASDAQ:RRGB) released better then expected numbers after Thursday’s close. The stock is blowing up in after hours trading !! Stock has a major resistance at $22.56. If the stock breaks above this level, you could see a nice pop. I suspect the stock may continue to appreciate over the coming weeks after RRGB surprising quarterly results that blew away analysts expectation.

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) - Short term bearish. The stochastics made a bearish cross yesterday on daily chart. RSI turned down 3 trading days ago. It looks like, tomorrow, the stock should come down to test support at $4.

Trade Ideas For Wednesday, February 16

Last week, I wrote a post that there might be a buying opportunity present in Rambus, as it bounced from its uptrend line support again. Today, the stock broke out above the $21.50 level on huge volume of over 1.75 Million shares. RMBS closed out at 21.85 up 0.67 on the day. The stock showed a lot of strength and I expect to see another round of buying. On the technical side, the chart looks very good here. It looks Bullish with both 20 and 50 daily moving averages going up and MACD on top of 0, RSI in a Bullish area too. In addition, Money flow has trended up well since last week. The daily chart of RMBS suggests a strong confidence in stock, a clear uptrend momentum. Rambus call options were also very active today, particularly the February calls, conveying the right to buy Rambus shares at a fixed $22 price. This company is the frequent subject of patent infringement & anti-trust claim issues. Hynix Semiconductor, Nvidia, Micron tech have had patent infringement suits with Rambus, so please be aware that the share price depends in part of the news that comes to the market, causing generally large fluctuations in the share, so be careful if you’re not familiar with the stock. Honestly speaking, there is a lot of upside potential in this stock, which makes it worth watching for the next few days. Keep watching the stock.

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) - Despite a nice rally on Monday the stock failed to follow-through and ended the day on a down note. That's good news for the bears. The $4.22 level is the intermediate support and more conservative traders may want to wait for a breakdown under $4 before initiating positions.

As long as the stock holds above $22.22, the trend would be bullish and a move to at least $24-25 would be a distinct possibility. In fact, the stochastics is now approaching oversold but seems unable to reach oversold conditions due to the heavy buying interest on any pull-back. Stay tuned .

3 Uranium Stocks to Watch next week

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) has been on my list a few times and it is back on for next week. On Friday, the stock made a new 52-week high on heavier than normal volume, breaking out to the upside. With the stock setting new highs, there is no overhead resistance to slow further moves to the upside. DNN is worth watching on Monday, especially if the market shows strength. Resistance is $3.31. The technical daily chart also looks pretty good as the golden cross has formed early September, RSI is around 73 slightly overbought, but bullish and MACD is above 0. There could be profit taking as DNN seems to rise too quickly in a short time. However now that the stock is in breakout mode, we should see the trend continue to be upward. Keep DNN on your radar for Monday’s trading session.

Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ:URRE) has been one of the stronger stocks the past week and is setting up for another move. The stock traded 3x normal volume on Friday, as the stock closed up $.34 on the day. The resistance level is now located at$3.25, which was Friday’s high and expect to see follow through once the stock breaks through. Technical chart shows bullish sign with %K line on top of %D line and MACD on top of signal line. URRE has potential for a good upside move, so watch it closely next week.

Uranerz Energy Corp. (AMEX:URZ) closed up on Friday at $3.85, and it appears ready to make another big run. I'm using the Nov 9th high of $4.13 as resistance. Once URZ breaks through, we should see a heavy increase in buying. Stay tuned !!!

Breakout Stocks To Watch next week

The technical daily chart displays a downtrend line broken to the upside on heavy volume. MACD signal line has crossed to the upside as well. The trend is beginning to shift towards bullish, a possible long entry can be taken if $2.04 provides support. From here we can expect a run to the $2.25 area and from there we could see an explosive upsurge to $2.74 and better. Stay tuned.

Shares of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) closed the day gaining more than 4% to a new historic mark for stock at $314.74, near the highs of the day at $315. The stock has been on one of the most amazing runs of this most recent bull market. Looking at the daily chart the investor sentiment in AAPL stock showed by RSI continues strong and MACD still going up. The stock still trading in a strong Bull Market with share price above 20 dma, 50 dma and 200-daily moving average. Following this technical chart it's predictable that next week AAPL will reach new highs again.

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) shares may be in a consolidation phase following a nice trend. Looks like it will move up again. Keep an eye for a possible breakout over $2.05.

You probably can not believe but PTEN closed GREEN again, reaching also during the regular trading session a new 52 week high at $19.67. Stock have reached overbought conditions, so at these levels we should have some cautions.

Breakout Stocks To Watch on Friday

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) continues its upward trend. Since the beginning of this month, DNN share prices have increased from $1.63 to today’s high of $2.05 for 27% gains. Looking at the daily chart, the stock has been trading above both 50 day and 200 day moving average, a very bullish sign. Positive MACD also indicates that the stock is a buy. The stock hit a high of $2.05, which is resistance for Friday’s move. There is a lot of upside potential in DNN, so watch it closely on Friday.

Frontier Communications Corp (NYSE:FTR) has broken out to all time highs during today session. At the present level she's incredibly extended. I'm bullish on this stock, but in situations like this, I prefer to wait for a pull back rather than chase the market. Technically the stock is still in a very strong bull market with MACD on top of signal line and 50-day moving average on top of 200-day moving average. Keep watching FTR.

MBIA Inc. (NYSE:MBI) broke out of a consolidation range, to make new 52-week highs. The stock hit a high of $13.10, which is resistance for Friday’s move. I still feel there is more upside in this stock and will watch it again on Friday. Keep a close eye on the stock for the follow through move.

Stock Market Alerts for October 14

ReneSola Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:SOL) is one of the hottest stocks in the market right now. The stock is looking good and looks set to break into new highs, but if prices pullback, the $12.72 level is a possible area for them to be supported at. All indicators still point to a bull market. The technical daily chart above shows the stock is now in a very strong upward momentum as both 50-day and 200-day moving averages are going up along with the stock. MACD and KD also shows the stock is currently in a bull market. For now the trend is still up.

TransGlobe Energy Corporation (USA) (NASDAQ:TGA) broke out today on a nice volume. If this chart does what is supposed to do, it will be going higher in the days to come. Technically, the stock is in a strong Bull Market with share price above 20, 50 and 200-daily moving averages. Let's see if tomorrow the stock will confirm the breakout. Short-term investors can buy with a stop at $9.68 and long-term investors can hold with a stop at $9. Let's keep an eye on her as i think momentum will pick up.

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) traded up on heavy volume and closed near its 52-week high. Once the stock breaks through, we should see an increase in volume. Watch DNN closely because the stock will give you a good opportunity to make a good trade. Insiders are buying shares.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ:PLUG) breaks above the key resistance zone at $.41 ( DMA 50 ), signifying that a new short term uptrend is in place. Further rise is expected to $.51 zone in next several days. Indicators are also showing signs of recovery. Near term support is now located at $.393, as long as this level holds, I'd expect the uptrend to continue. Long-term investors may hold with a stop at $.36.

Stocks to watch next week

THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) has the look of an upcoming breakout, which could occur very soon. If you look at its technical chart, you will see a tight consolidation that has occurred this past two weeks. The stock attempted to push higher on Friday, topped at $4.20 but closed at $4.13 on over 1.28 million shares. On daily chart above we can see price is moving in a range area of $4.23 – 3.86. We need a break on either side to see clearer direction. I prefer a bullish scenario and expect break above $4.23 targeting $4.84 before testing $5.04 in medium term view. In the past one month of trading sessions, the stock went up more than 20%. Over the past 52-weeks, the stock traded within the range of $3.33-$8.29. From a technical standpoint, %K line and %D line continued upward movement and have not signed short-term reversal. MACD still moving up and is above the zero line. In addition, the momentum indicator MFI still showing strong demand in this upward trend. THQI is a quick moving stock, so watch it closely next week.

Denison Mines Corp. (AMEX:DNN) bullish momentum was paused on Friday. The bias is neutral in nearest but still within a major strong bullish scenario as price still move inside the bullish channel. Immediate support is at the lower line of the bullish channel and 1.67 region. Break below that area could trigger further bearish pullback testing 1.63/1.60 area. On the upside, we need a clear break above 1.85 to continue the bullish scenario testing $2. Keep a very close watch on this stock for Monday.

American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (NYSE:AOB) was one of the stronger stocks on Friday, as it closed up 9 cents on the day. Resistance for the follow through move is $2.51. If the stock can break through this area, which is the top of this range, we should see a strong upside move. Watch AOB closely on Monday.
