Stocks to watch for Friday July 23
( click to enlarge )ROYL was a great day/swing play today. I hope you were able to take advantage of the easy gains that the stock provide for us on heavy volume. Stocks that trade the way ROYL did gave us plenty of opportunities to trade in and out for nice profits. Make sure you keep your eye on this one over the next couple of days, because it can go much higher. If you locked in profits anywhere, congratulations !
( click to enlarge )THQI made a move today and it was with an increase in volume, which shows us there are buyers in the stock. The resistance level for the stock is $4.50, but don’t be surprised to see some additional resistance at the $4.828 price level. I expect to see volume increase once the stock breaks resistance. Let's keep an eye on THQI as i think momentum will pick up again.
( click to enlarge )Folks BANR's light is shining bright again, just look at the technical chart. Upside volume is returning to the stock. Selling volume has been light while accumulation days have been heavy. The stock looks like it has stabilized and the oscillators MACD and Stochastic look promising. This could indicate the potential for some upside gains in the very near-term. If the stock can hold this level, BANR could easily retest its July highs of around $2.31. And then once it breaches that level, the next resistance is only at $2.50. Banner has a price to book ratio of 0.2x based on a current price of $2.17 and a book value per share of $12.64. So, keep your eyes on BANR and watch it trade tomorrow !
