Stock picks for Friday May 21
( click to enlarge )GOOG failed to close above the resistance level of $500. This resulted in a sharp drop on Wednesday. The recent price patterns suggest that the downward move witnessed on Wednesday and today could continue. A decline to the $465-$450 range appears likely. Technically, GOOG is in a Bearish mode with MACD below signal line and the price below both 50 and 200 day moving averages.
( click to enlarge ) AIG - The stock may find support near $33.25-$33. If sustained these level then an upmove to $37 expected. The technical indicators of the daily chart are still negative suggesting further possible pressure but a strong closing again above $36.45 could change this scenario.
