AC Investor stock picks for Wednesday May 12
( click to enlarge )The stock made a very nice move today, up almost 6% to $46.50. This action really helped the technical chart. DNDN is now back over it's 20-day moving average (44.07) and the RSI is now back over 50 again. If the market can move positively tomorrow, we may see a little short term run. I would say to $48 at least. The short term uptrend line still intact. As long as the stock trades above this short-term support, investors can hold it with stop-loss at $40.50.
( click to enlarge )Looking at the technical chart, you can see that the stock has been in a nice but steady, uptrend since the lows of last week. Right now, the stock looks like it could really get some momentum if it could get over its 50-day moving average at $7.14.
( click to enlarge )Nice day for HEB, as it closed up over 3.4% to $0.725. The stock looks ready to move higher. HEB closed above the 5 day MA for the first time in a couple of days and the MACD is turning up from just below the zero line, also a bullish sign. In addition, the money seems to be flowing into the stock as indicated by the On Balance Volume. At this stage, I think the key for the HEB tomorrow would be a close above 0.75. After that, I would look for a move up to 0.84 resistance.
