Speculative plays

GIGM - Gigamedia had a good day on Tuesday. Chart looks bullish in the short-term. The stock closed above its 50-day moving average with heavy volume. There is also some speculation that Gigamedia could be a possible candidate for a takeover or a merger. GIGM caught my eye because of its unusually high call option activity. Take a look at my technical commentary in yesterday's post.

AIB - The stock might be coming back in the next sessions. Yesterday we had a rejection of new lows in AIB.

THQI - THQ Inc - This stock can pop big time on any positive news. Keep an eye for a possible breakout over $6.59
