The stochastics continued to move down in the oversold zone, but there are some technical indicators showing positive divergences. If you are a short-term trader, use a stop loss at $0.648.
( click to enlarge )HEB traded slightly higher on tuesday as the stock hit a high of $0.71 on the day. This high is resistance for Wednesday’s continuation move, which could have good upside potential. I'm watching the stock very closely as this can be a good trading stock, but it will move quickly. You want to keep HEB on your screen for Wednesday’s trading. The technical daily chart shows very bullish sign as the stock is back on top of 50 day moving average recently.
( click to enlarge )ALU - The technical daily chart shows this is just the beginning of the rally for alcatel as K line is just in the mid way after it crossed on top of D line early this month. Although ALU is still weak as MACD is below 0 and the stock is below 50 day moving average, if the stock can go up a few more days it will be back to bull market.
