4 Technical Setups to Watch on Friday

The stock's chart of InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC) is flashing all the classic signs of an oversold bounce. The stochastics just moved above the critical 20 line after spending a long while down there. In addition, the MACD may feed the technical frenzy with what looks like a widening bullish divergence. So, between these two technical indicators, it seems that this stock could start printing money-making results again.

Sigma Designs, Inc. (NASDAQ:SIGM) broke out of the symmetrical triangle pattern and may be headed higher from here. The volume seems to be picking up. So don't let this one slip away from you !
It appears that Elan Corporation, plc (NYSE:ELN) is forming a Cup and Handle pattern which is generally considered a Bullish indicator. At this point, the stock needs to show a sign of strength above the solid white downtrend line to give a first sign that it wants to evolve the handle of this potential cup and handle pattern. Stay tuned !!!
This still looks pretty good on the daily chart with volume expanding as it moves higher. Oclaro, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCLR) continues to look bullish and had a decent day today. The stock is facing a period of sideways action while it consolidates the gains booked in the past sessions. The stock will face short-term resistance at $4.34. Once this level is crossed with good volumes, the stock can go to $4.82 then 5.14
