Thursday's Stocks to Watch, Jun 09

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) tried to move to higher price levels, but was not accompanied by volume so it dropped today. According to the technical daily chart above no pattern has emerged yet, but what NFLX needs is additional volume in its upward move for it to reach the previous highs. If more volume does not come in, we could see a side to downward move. Technical indicators have been displaying bearish divergence to the price action over the last few days. I believe that the recent rally has weakened considerably. Hence I expect a pullback to the immediate support at around $252. Any upside from here will likely meet resistance at around $267.44, followed by $271.20.

THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) is very oversold on a shorter-term basis and therefore believe we could see a nice bounce rally towards week end. Keep an eye on THQI for a possible recovery from here.

Central European Distribution Corp (NASDAQ:CEDC) - We are in between two critical levels, 12.61 upside and 10.97 downside. The stock will take a move only after a breakout/breakdown beyond these parameters on heavy volume.

InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC) - The near-term outlook is negative and a move to the 33-34 range appears likely. The technical daily chart shows the stock is in a bear market as it is way below of 200-day moving average and trading below its 20 and 50 day moving averages. In addition, since MACD is in negative territory as it has dropped below 0 this is not the time yet to buy the stock for long. Only a break above $40 would reinstate bullishness.

Netflix is only breathing a bit. And of course because US markets are on the red for a while. Look at Aprils high. It also breathe for a bit and then atacked the resistance, again. So i think this only might stop at 300
