Stocks to watch for Thursday, January 6

On my previous posts on KB Home (NYSE:KBH) I mentioned my bullish outlook on the stock. Extremely bullish moves are taking place over the last session’s. The stock is back to showing relative strength. KBH gained 4% and closed just near the resistance point. From a Technical perspective, the stock looks strong on charts. KBH is currently trading above its 50 and 200-day moving averages. The MACD indicator is rising also indicating a buy, and KD line shows the stock is on the positive swing . Fresh long positions should be taken when KBH moves above $14.31. Let's keep an eye on her as i think momentum will pick up again.

Research In Motion Limited (NASDAQ:RIMM), closed near the highs of the day with high volume which is bullish sign. The stock is now going to test the resistance level at $63.33.

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:LVLT) was on fire today closing at $1.13 up almost 10% on 32 M shares. We could see more upside if the stock closes over the 200 EMA.

A123 Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:AONE) rebounded from the support line located at $9.43 and closed near the highs of the day. A closed over the immediate level at $10 would be bullish.
