Stock Picks for Thursday July 01
( click to enlarge )The stock attempted to push higher on today's trading session, slipped above $50, topped at $50.88 but this was just a false breakout as the stock retreat lower and closed at $49.26. Generally a false breakout lead to significant downside momentum. A Break below $49.13 could signal further downward momentum targeting $45 area.
( click to enlarge )The stock continued its bearish momentum today, bottomed at 32.10 but closed a little bit higher at 32.33. The main scenario remains to the downside targeting $30.90 support area. Immediate resistance at 35.95/36 region and the minor trendline resistance at $36.90. A Break above that area could lead us into neutral zone in nearest term but as long as price move inside the major bearish channel the bearish scenario remains intact.

The stock price has crossed the 20-day moving average to the upside, a buy signal and an indication that the stock price may have finally reached its bottom in mid-June. Next resistance level is $45.30 ( 50 dma ). Support level is $43.15. I will keep on eye on this stock.
