SIRI is now just above its 50 day average. In the next few sessions, we will know if it gets supported here or not. But looking at the chart above is hard to intepret the next possible move. Entry point would be on the day it blows through $0.912 on heavy volume. I'll use a stop loss at $0.82.

THQI is simply telling me that this was a nice healthy pullback after a big run. The momentum has lost some steam since mid February as indicated by the rectangular area. Monday's reaction has given a sell signal on this indicator. Are we going to see more fall going ahead ? At this stage this doesn't look like because if we look at the price it is still above the crucial 5.58 mark. Secondly, 5.85 is a good support level and thirdly the current oversold conditions should make it very difficult for the Bears to break below 5.85.

EEGI - Penny Stock To Watch For Friday

EEGI traded higher on Thursday gaining nearly 6%. This could be the first leg of a bigger move, which is why I'm watching the stock on Friday. If the stock can break through Thursday’s high of $0.023, we should see a strong continuation move. EEGI is a fast moving stock, which means I will keep this stock on my trading screen throughout the day on Friday.
