Stocks to watch on Friday Nov 27 - Electronic Arts Inc. , Curis and JDS Uniphase
( click to enlarge )ERTS - The stock has been in a strong downtrend the past few days, but could have found a bottom at these levels. Wednesday, ERTS was one of the few bright spots, as the stock closed up $.45 on the day. If the stock can break through Monday’s high of $17.56, we should see a high volume upside move. Technically the stock now shows positive sign as the stock is now trading above 5 day moving average with KD rising. I will watch the stock closely on Friday and buy once it breaks through resistance.
( click to enlarge )CRIS has been one of the hottest stocks on the market, as it ran from $2.30 up to $2.75 in a 3-day period. Since hitting highs, the stock has pulled back to settle in at the $2.5-2.65 range. I feel there are buyers accumulating the stock at support and I'm watching for the possible breakout move on Friday. Resistance is $2.75, which was Monday’s high. The stock is displaying upside momentum and is poised to move higher from these levels. For a cheap stock, CRIS is very volatile, so watch the stock closely on Friday.
( click to enlarge )JDSU received an upgrade pre-market on Wednesday, which helps push the stock higher on the day. The stock should be active again on Friday as it closes near its resistance level at $7.89, which was Nov 16th high. If JDSU can break through resistance, the stock has plenty of upside room to run. The uptrend continuation scenario is slightly more likely at the moment. Shareholders may remain invested with a stop-loss at $7.34.
