GOOG , RFMD , RHT

GOOG has been a monster stock since it went public a couple of years ago. The stock has come down since its highs on January. According to the chart above it looks like it is finding a big resistance at the 50 dma. RSI and CCI starting to down so be cautious here.

I'm neutral in this stock right now, however look at the chart above stock still trading above 50 dma and 200 dma respectively.

RFMD stock could find some support at 6$ after to have broken the major support at 6.60.

Dowjones - The wall 50 dma

Stocks finished mixed today with Dow Jones industrial up 2.64 to 12,351.39, Nasdaq composite rose about 0.2 percent and the S&P 500 down 1.50 to 1,421.03, while U.S. light crude oil for May delivery fell 16 cents to $65.87 a barrel in New York Mercantile Exchange. I'm neutral in the markets right now, but more bearish than Bullish, however looking at the chart above of Dow Jones it's seems to me that the 50 dma still a big resistance to break, also with MACD and CCI decreasing, so I'm more careful on the long side.

BIDU and RHT

BIDU shares fell more than 2% to 97.12. Looking at the chart, the pattern printed is bearish in the short term, the major support is now at 95$.

Stock in spotlight for tomorrow session RHT. After market closed Red Hat said that quarterly profit fell 25 percent on higher costs for sales and marketing, research and development, overhead and taxes. Fiscal fourth-quarter diluted net income fell to $21.5 million, or 10 cents a share, from $28.7 million, or 13 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $111.1 million from $78.7 million. Stock fell more 3% in after-hours. Looking at the chart stock has a support at 21.50$.

GOOG and 50 dma, RFMD cautions Q1

Stock in spotlight for tomorrow session RFMD. After market closed RFMD reaffirmed its expectations for the fourth quarter but cautioned of a slowdown in the first quarter.

A trader always has to be prepared for anything and I believe this is a good candidates for your watch-lists for the next coming days- GOOG.
50 dma line still showing strong resistance and now could be a wall again for GOOG stock so keep an eye on GOOG.

Ericsson and Sun Microsystems

Here are a couple shorts that look pretty decent to me.

Shares of SUNW fell more than 2.5% closing at 6.06$ and near the major support 6$. Looking at the chart we can see that MACD fast line crossed below slow line, a Bearish signal.

Shares of ERIC fell more than 1% today closing at 37.16$ . CCI indicator started moving down, a sell signal might be given when the CCI moved back below +100. Keep an eye on Ericsson.

DELL upgraded , SPAR new 52 week high

Shares of DELL rose today more 3% after an upgrade from Goldman Sachs. Goldman's analysts upgraded their rating to buy from neutral, saying it sees "numerous catalysts," including buybacks and a series of cost-cutting measures, over the next 12 to 18 months. Looking at the chart Dell found now a strong resistance at 50 dma, so probably we can see here some profit taking after recent rally, from 21.6 to 23.62

Shares of Spartan Motors has made a new 52 week high today closing at 25.36$. Stock broke out the resistance at 24.75$, so no resistances above now. Keep an eye on SPAR for tomorrow session.

Vonage , Nike , JDS Uniphase

Shares of Vonage fell more than 25% closing at 3$ after a federal judge ordered Vonage Holdings Corp., the Internet-phone company, to stop using patented technology owned by Verizon. Vonage went public at $17/share and has been going down since. The Stock only found one way in stock market " Down ". I don't know what can I say looking at this chart, oversold but stock still falling.

Shares of Nike was up 0.45 to 109.05 a day after its quarterly results that beat forecasts but its guidance was seen as disappointing. The technical chart looks Bullish with both 20,50 dma 200 dma going up and MACD on top of 0, RSI in a Bullish area too.

JDS Uniphase makes a range of fiber-optic components, modules, subsystems and optical test and measurement systems. Its products are deployed in optical networks for the telecom and cable industries, generally to increase speed and traffic-handling capacity versus conventional electronic solutions. Telecom equipment vendors like Lucent, Nortel, Cisco, and Alcatel have periodically accounted for more than 10% of sales. Sales outside North America account for 30% of revenue. JDS is a telecom vendor'svendor, so its sales will always be very volatile. Growth in Internet traffic will require telecom carriers to invest in additional network capacity and optical equipment over the next few years. JDS' customer base is expanding, and it will be benefic for the company and most networking equipment vendors and other industries, like displays, are incorporating optical components into their gear. JDS is in better shape to weather the industry downturn than many of its peers and may be able to expand its market leadership, so this factors mentioned above keep me calm and still holding my shares. My investment in JDSU is for a long term even when the chart above still showing some technical problems for Bulls, however I'm not worry.

Apple TV Box

Shares of AAPL rose today more than 2% closing at 93.87$. Apple said Wednesday it has started to ship to U.S. stores its new Apple TV box, a device that lets viewers take music and video stored on a computer and play it on a television set. This is a great looking stock chart. In the short term it seems that the retest of 97.80$ is now likely. Still very speculative but bullish in the long run, keep on eye on it !!!!

Gateway finally Breakout !!!!

Shares of rose more than 6% with an anormal volume again amid speculation that the computer maker may be an acquisition target. The stock breakout today the resistance at 2,30 on good volume with positive indications from On Balance Volume and Relative Strength. Looking at the chart stock is in a Bull Market with share price above 50 dma and 200 dma. In addition MACD still above 0 and k line still above D line, I think the stock should keep going up. Keep an eye on Gateway tommorrow.

FLSR is one of the hottest stocks in the market right now, however it's seems to me that is now in a profit taking phase, MACD fast line already crossed below slow line. May find some support at 13 dma as chart show. Keep an eye if stock break the 13dma line.

Gateway could be acquired ??

Yes, according to some analysts Gateway is a likely candidate for a possible strategic buyout from a top PC vendor in Asia. On Wednesday, reports surfaced that Taiwanese computer manufacturer Acer could make a major acquisition in the PC area within the next two years, possibly in the U.S. See the full article at Forbes. I have reported here many times that Gateway have had a strange movements when goes up, always followed by volume, so it's time to think again in this probability.Looking at the chart all indicators point into the same direction UP. Stock it's ready to break this wedge to the upside , I think it's only a question of days. It's my opinion !!!

SABA and NOVL

Shares of Novell rose today nearly to 2% even after a downgrade from S&P to Strong Sell. Looking at the chart stock still showing strength to move up with MACD above 0 again.

Shares of SABA fell more than 3% to 5.88 after the company lowered its outlook after lower-than-expected license revenue. Looking at the chart stock closed below 200 dma for the first time since December of 2006, which means a Bearish sentiment , however stock is now in oversold conditions, so probably we'll see soon some recover, but I'm still cautions.

Hand Made Wooden Car

The “Tryane II” is hand-made wooden car, put together with a method similar to that used by boat builders, described by its creator Friend Wood as “dozens of narrow strips of mahogany veneer, glued with epoxy resin, laid in 3 layers over a male mould.”, he said: I measured the 2CV components before making some 1/5th scale drawings of the proposed car. I then carved a similar scale body model to check the drawings. Once satisfied I drew out the lines full size on two sheets of hardboard. From these lines I constructed a male mould made from chipboard formers and softwood laths to the shape of the body shell. On to this mould I stapled and glued three layers of l.5mm mahogany veneers, This process took over 600 hours and 20,000 staples, all of which were pulled out when the glue was dry.”

ADBE - 13 dma line crossed below 50 dma

Well, another great session for Bears. On short term I'm still Bearish on US stock markets and I think this correction isn't over. The next few days will be very important as March lows will be surely be tested and 200 dma line on Nasdaq too. I suppose !!! So be careful if you are on the Longside.

ADBE shares fell today 2.5% with a significant increase of volume closing at 38.65$. Looking at the chart the 13 dma line crossed below 50 dma, not a good signal for Bulls. Adobe Systems it will Webcast its first quarter fiscal year 2007 earnings conference call on March 20, 2007.

CAL broke support at 38$

Shares of Continental Airlines fell more than 4% closing at 37.25$ after the company said it expects its mainline domestic yield, or pricing number, to be down slightly in the first quarter and regional yields to be weaker amid increased competition in the northeastern U.S. Looking at the chart CAL broke down the major support at 38$ , next support is now at 34.20$ near 200dma. All Indicators are now in Bearish territory ( RSI + MACD ).

YHOO - The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that the telecom company AT&T and the Internet bellwether are negotiating potentially sweeping changes that could scale back their partnership, hitting the company's profits.

BCSI - Company reported third-quarter net revenue in line with its outlook and forecast fourth-quarter net revenue above analysts' expectations.

HOV - Hovnanian Enterprises posted a fiscal first-quarter loss related to charges for Florida operations, and said second-quarter and full-year results will fall short of analysts' forecasts.

T " AT&T " still in a Bullish market !!

Shares of AT&T rose more than 3% to 36.51$ after analysts at A.G. Edwards upgraded the telecom company to "buy," saying its stock looked like a good value after recent declines. Today was another great day for longs. Looking at the chart stock still trading in an uptrend, also with 50 dma on top over 200 dma, it means that stock still in a Bullish market. !!! Resistance above

Google comeback

Shares of Google rose more than 3% to 457.55$. The Web search leader’s CEO said Tuesday that it will take time for its recently acquired YouTube online video-sharing service to become a major source of sales and profit for the company. The technical chart shows weakness as the stock is below 50 dma and MACD below 0 , however today stock has gained some momentum after broken 450$ the previous support. To the upside the first objective is the trendline at 470.

RIMM Still trading in a Bullish Mode

Shares of RIMM feel 1% today to 134.52$ after the company announced early Monday that a review of stock options grants will cause it to restate its financial statements since fiscal 2004. Looking at the chart above stock still trading in a Bullish mode, but MACD fast line already crossed MACD slow line, so pay attention. Stock has a support at 130$ and 120$.

KSS - Kohl's Corporation reported a nearly 30 percent profit jump in the fourth quarter, as it benefited from strong sales of exclusive brands.
