Stocks to Watch for May 13, 2016

Chimerix Inc (NASDAQ:CMRX) I think this stock has a good chance to run to the $5 level again if we see some strength in the biotech sector tomorrow. Major insider purchased 25K shares between $4.75 - $4.85 this week. Usually when insiders buy shares, especially in large amount, it is a clear sign that positive things are coming. From a technical standpoint the stock looks poised for a possible trend reversal, after dropping to the $4.55 level forming a potential double bottom on Hourly. This, along with oversold readings, could lead to the start of a short-covering rally. This company has a strong financial position with $314.5 million in capital and ZERO debt. Keep watching the stock.

Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE:OAS) Alert for $9.80 in case this one decides to breakout. The MACD Histogram and stochastic oscillator have turned up and RSI is again moving upward.

Exelixis, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXEL) had a big pop today and the stock price finally broke out above the 5.18 resistance level. Go long on the break of Thursday’s high at 5.26

Endo International plc (NASDAQ:ENDP) rebounded on solid volume in the last hour of trading. Gonna have to watch it carefully tomorrow to see if we have hit bottom and should grab some for the ride back up. Watch the stock closely.

DRDGOLD Ltd. (NYSE:DRD) Broke out to new highs today on solid volume. I think we will see some nice follow through tomorrow.
