Stocks to Watch for March 14, 2014

Goldcorp Inc. (NYSE:GG) stock price has been consolidating since its run up from 20 in early January to 28 in mid of February, with this level being the key resistance. The stock broke above that level today and looks poised to continue the uptrend. Next resistance is now seen at $30

IAMGOLD Corp (NYSE:IAG) broke out above its 100-day EMA on expanding volume. This momentum could push this stock much higher from here. Next resistance is now seen at $4.37 then 4.88

Kingold Jewelry Inc (NASDAQ:KGJI) showed some nice strength today. The stock price closed nicely above the major short-term EMA levels on strong volume. At this level, we should see the stock retest the resistance located at $1.99 followed by $2.17. The support level is adjusted to $1.73. The technical indicators still indicate a bullish tone in short-term.

Allied Nevada Gold Corp. (NYSEMKT:ANV) Strong breakout of a symmetrical triangle. If the stock can break today’s high of $6.42, we should see a strong follow through move.

Frontier Communications Corp (NASDAQ:FTR) Despite the bearish market action, FTR's stock performed well relative to the whole market. The next major resistance resides around the 5.05 price region. Only a close above that level would suggest further upside.
