Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ:CETV) had a nice rally today breaking just above the resistance line of 3.80 on solid volume. This is short of a breakout from an ascending triangle with a target price of 4.70. With MACD now rising above 0 and RSI rising near 65% level the stock should be showing more bullish momentum. Watch out for the resistance at 3.89, if this is breached tomorrow with large volume, then the stock would be heading towards its target at 4.70.
