Thursday January 10th watchlist

Camelot Information Systems Inc (NYSE:CIS) surged 9.6% to $1.25 per share breaking out an important resistance with high-volume. Strong close above the 50-day MA for the first time since August. I tweeted the move. In the past few sessions, we have noticed that the stock has been on a bullish uptick in market valuation. Moreover, along with the market valuation the technical indicators MACD, MFI and RSI have been rising. So, keep watching CIS trade and watch for potential continuation of its recent upward move. Look for a quick run to $1.5

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) looks a long candidate. Extremely bullish moves on FB are taking place over the last session’s.  Today, the stock jumped 5% with high-volume. MACD still giving buy signal and is currently above the zero line. This momentum could push this stock much higher from here, so keep it on the radar. The next major resistance is located around $35. Existing holders may remain invested with a stop loss at $27.59.

GT Advanced Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:GTAT) is flagging below the 50-day SMA, on watch for a break of the flag. The MACD continues to rise bullishly and is quickly approaching the zero line. CMF still positive, so I believe the stock will break.

Dynavax Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ:DVAX) had another productive day as we saw gains of over 7% and I believe it has more room to run. The short-term outlook remains positive for the stock. DVAX finds an immediate resistance at 3.48 and support at 3.21 followed by 3.05

Vringo, Inc. (NYSEAMEX:VRNG) should find resistance at its 20-day SMA ( resistance now becomes support ) before making the next move. If this support holds then it will advance again, but if support fails then the next level of support is at $2.83. Any fall below this level will ring my alarm bells and a break below $2.55 would signal a definite reversal.
