The PMI Group, Inc. (NYSE:PMI) may have finally bottomed out. Things to focus on technical chart above is the spike in volume on Wednesday of last week, July 6th. Plus, The downtrend line going back to the January high has been broken. It probably marked the end of the slide and beginning of bottoming. By a technical perspective, the outlook is now bullish and the stock could move to $1.72-1.85 levels in the near term. Stop-loss for existing holdings may be placed at $1.22. A close below this level would negate the positive outlook. Although both 50 day and 200 day moving averages are falling, the rising KD shows the stock is probably now in recovery mode.

Next I'm going to take a look at SINA Corporation (NASDAQ:SINA) stock thats making a very bullish trend reversal which broke out today a major resistance accompanied by a nice volume confirmation. The overall trend appears really positive. A move to the $126-128 range appears likely. Existing investors can remain invested with a stop loss at $103.20 .Only a close below this level would negate the positive outlook.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ:CLNE) might face a period of sideways action while it consolidates the gains booked in the last sessions. The stock will face short to medium term resistance at $17.21. Once this level is crossed with good volumes, the stock can go to $19.33.

Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:CDTI) needs to hold $5.50 on the downside or things could get very ugly. On the upside, the stock has resistance located betwen $7 and $7.15.
