Some Bullish Setups for Tuesday

The earlier bullish outlook remains unaltered. Excellent relative strength to broad market. Elan Corporation, plc (NYSE:ELN) traced out a nice setup and the upside breakout has a lot of power. Volume surged and this breakout looks like it is here to stay. Fresh exposures may be considered on price weakness, with a stop-loss at $8.16. A close above $8.89 may be used to enhance exposures. There looks to be good upside in ELN, so keep it on your radar the next few days.

Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NASDAQ:DECK) is still sitting on its 50-day so we will be watching this closely to see how the stock reacts over the coming days.

Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS) looks to be setting up for an upside move. The stock is in the top of a short-term trading range. Resistance is $25.12. At this stage it is definitely a wait and see if the resistance will be easily taken out by the bulls. Stay tuned.

Trius Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSRX) is a low volume small cap stock that has been in a nice uptrend for the last 4 sessions and it looks very strong with both 20-day and 50-day moving average going up while %K line is on top of %D line. TSRX is now on the overbought level, so this means a possible correction is near. This may give us a chance to jump in on the stock when it moves lower. This is a stock to keep an eye on for awhile.
