Stocks to Watch Next Week

I feel there is an upcoming move. TLAB continues to sit in a consolidation range after its big move on January 7th. At some point, Tellabs will breakout and I want to be there for this move. Resistance stays at $6.22. Chaikin Money Flow shows accumulation and MACD is still strong. Do not give up on this stock.

INTC broke resistance on Thursday, but was not able to hold up on Friday. I still like this stock and expect a strong upside move to occur soon. Resistance is $21.55, which reflects Thursday’s high of the day. Keep watching INTC for another upside move.

RZ finding support around the 50 day MA. It can bounce from here or from just above 1.16 where support appears to be. Chaikin Money Flow indicator is showing a bullish divergence.

CIEN is trying to break out of a short-term trading channel, and this could occur very soon. The stock hit a high of $12.25 last week, which is the high of this channel. CIEN should be able to break through soon and I want to be there when this occurs. From the technical daily chart MACD and KD both signal positive strength. The only potential risk in the short-term is that RSI has already crossed below 50 level. Keep an eye on CIEN because it can be a good trading stock.
