( click to enlarge )C - The stock is now set up nicely in a base for a potential breakout. The short-term trend remains bullish and the stock appears to be headed towards the target zone at $5. The technical chart shows the stock is currently in the rally as K line is rising on top of D line, indicate buy signal. Shareholders may remain invested with a stop- loss at $4.06.
( click to enlarge )It looks like there is just limited downside risk in the stock at current levels. RIMM is short-term oversold technically, and due for a corrective bounce soon. The stock has a strong support at $65.68.
( click to enlarge )AIG traded in a range on Monday, but this stock wants to make an upside move. I really like the daily chart and expect to see a move very soon. Resistance stays at $50,23, which was last Monday’s high. Once AIG breaks resistance, it should run to $60. The technical indicators are still in favor of the uptrend continuation.
