Alcoa and GM shares climb today
Shares of GM rose more than 2% to 36.59$ after analysts at Merrill Lynch upgraded it to "buy" from "sell" on increased likelihood of a favorable labor agreement for the company this year. The stock broke out the resistance area of 36.30.
Shares of AA rose today more than 6% to 35$ on a speculation that two companies are preparing bids for the world's largest aluminum maker. Looking at the chart we can see a big spike in share price and volume after this news. Let's see if the stock will sustain tomorrow this movement.
