" John Harmon " - to "Strong Buy" from "Buy", noting factors such as JDSU's improving earnings. The technical chart shows a Big run followed by an anormal volume ( 4 x average volume ) that confirms the start of the rebound. The MACD is now on top of 0 and the fast line crossover slow line, RSI reached now the Bullish area. The stock have closed today above the major resistance $16 and it's above 20 dma now, the stock came back toward the previous channel.
