Stocks to Watch for December 07, 2015

Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ:FNSR) jumped up by 3.32% and closed at $12.46 on Friday. Upside volume has been good lately and the stock is setting up nicely to break out. Buy point would be on the day it blows through $12.54 on heavy volume, which could happen next week. The indicators are looking Bullish. The MACD is above signal line and above 0 line, which is a bullish indicator. Additionally to that, we also have the price currently above all short-term EMAs. FNSR will move very quickly, so watch the stock closely on Monday.

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) is displaying upside momentum on daily chart and looks poised to move higher from these levels. Expect an initial run up to its 50-day exp moving average at $10.52. Technically, the short-term trend for the stock is still an uptrend. Daily MACD and Slow Sto are also rising. Both indicators suggest increasing upside momentum, thus most likely the stock price will break up and through the 9.62 mark soon, which will then act a technical support for the stock price going forward. On watch.

Relypsa Inc (NASDAQ:RLYP) broke out of an important consolidation area with heavy volume on Friday and will likely have the attention of the swing traders in the next week. The stock hit a high of 29.47 and a low of 21.86 during the day. A break over Friday's high could push it to test $31 level. The near-term outlook is bullish for the stock. MACD is positive and above the signal line. RSI is moving up and above its 70% level (overbought reading).

Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ:MAT) broke out from a sidewards movement Friday with high volume. At this level, we should see the stock retest the next pivot point located at $25.66 followed by $26.45. The support level is adjusted to $24.33. MACD is positive and above the signal line. RSI is moving up and above its 50% level. Long setup.

Texas Instruments Incorporated (NASDAQ:TXN) Looks ready to break out into new high territory. The upward pressure built up over the last few sessions is good and I believe that the price could pop any moment.

VirnetX Holding Corporation (NYSEMKT:VHC) I continue to see a confluence of "buys", with RSI crossing above 40 and MACD heading up. Some top executives have been acquiring shares for the past few weeks showing the management is bullish of the company's outlook. This is a short squeeze candidate, it has huge short interest nearly 26.73% of the 12.3 million-share float and a crazy short ratio of 39.3 (days to cover).

Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:TTPH) is basing between its short-term exp moving averages and another trip to the recent highs can not be ruled out. I believe the analyst meeting on Tuesday (Oppenheimer 26th Annual Healthcare Conference) could be a positive catalyst for shares.
