As you can see from the technical chart above, YGE has formed a ascending triangle over the past 2 months. The money seems to be flowing into the stock as indicated by the technical indicator OBV.As long as the uptrend marked in the chart is not violated there is no reason to sell positions. Resistance stays at $13.65, which was the high on April 15th.

Monday, OPTZ traded just like the overall market. The stock started the day weak, but rallied to go positive and closed at the highs of the day. This could be the start of a trend reversal for OPTZ, which is why I'm watching the stock on Tuesday. Volume has been increasing the past 3 days, as the stock sits in a tight channel. Resistance is $0.29, which was Wednesday’s high of the day. If the stock breaks through, there is a good chance you will see a strong upside move, so watch the stock very closely tomorrow. In addition, the Chaikin Money Flow Index is showing a rising move, indicating a rising money flow into the stock. Keep OPTZ on your radar for Tuesday’s trading session.

NVLT looks like it is a decent risk reward long play here. The stock has been pulling back the past 6 sessions, but looks to have found a bottom at its current price level. I'm watching this stock closely on Tuesday, as buyers might start buying at this support level. The resistance level is $0.22, reflects Wednesday’s high of the day.

SOLF looks to be setting up for an upside move, as the stock has held up well the past few days. The stock is in the middle of a short-term range and I'm watching for this upside move on Thursday. Resistance is $8.07, which was the high of this past bounce in the stock. From the technical daily chart the stock shows very strong bullish sign. First of all the stock is trading above both 50 day and 200 day moving average. Then the MACD indicator is rising above 0 also indicating a buy. In addition the stochastics oscillator still show the stock is on the positive swing.

The penny stock of the day is GETA. Genta Incorporated, a biopharmaceutical company focused on cancer research, saw its shares jump more 75% after the FDA granted its request for “Fast Track” designation of tesetaxel for patients with advanced gastric cancer. Currently, the drug is the leading oral taxane in late Phase II clinical trials. The Fast Track designation is designed to facilitate the development and expedite the review of new drugs that are intended to treat serious conditions. The designation also typically enables a company to submit a NDA on a “rolling” basis with ongoing FDA review during the submission process, and usually get priority at the time of submission, according to the press release. The stock hit a high of $0.084 on Tuesday, which is resistance for Wednesday’s move.
