RMBS - The stock failed to continued it’s bullish scenario yesterday. The bearish channel on daily chart has been violated to the downside. The bias is bearish in nearest term but major bullish scenario can not be said over. The stock is now trapped in rectangle formation ( 15.85 – 17.16 ). A break from the rectangle formation should give us a clearer direction. Technically, ADX is at 21 levels and –DI is above +DI. MACD indicator has also crossed below its signal line, another bearish indication. The only bright spot is that the RSI indicator has not made a new low yet. For trend to reverse, RMBS has to conquer the resistance at 16.09 and 16.76 MA5. The stock is still above its low of $14.33 set in Jul 2009. There should be buying support near the 15.84 level.

CRA - Stochastic made a bullish crossover on Friday and ADX is increasing. This shows that investors are bullish on this stock. The stock is still facing resistance around $6.23. Fresh long should be made only when the stock moves above this resistance level. Support level is at $6.17 and $5.97 respectively.

MOT seems to have a small descending channel and broke above resistance at 8.45. The breakout from the resistance line is just a confirmation of the recent upward move. In addition, this breakout was accompanied by large volume, however this may still be affected by general market sentiment and by the earnings report. From the technical chart MACD and KD both signal positive strength. The stock is now trading above 50 day and 200 day moving average, also a bullish sign. Things to watch out for tomorrow is the $9 level acting as resistance and the gap formed between 8.46 and 8.27. A move above the resistance line means there is a good chance for price to move up to new highs.

Wealth Bulletin has just released its annual list about the World’s most expensive streets in 2009. At the top of the list appears Avenue Princess Grace in Monaco, where the best properties with spectacular views of the city/Mediterranean change hands for around $120,000 per square metre. And surprise of surprise was the fact that the crisis also had a strong impact here, with the prices of residential properties dropping from $190,000 per sq/m to $120,000, in terms of percentage was definitely a huge drop. Local estate agents say the global recession has hit Monaco property hard and demand for top properties has fallen sharply since last year, but they still thinking that probably the worst may be over and the prices will start rising again. Avenue Princess Grace is a mingling spot for billionaires from all over the world who want breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

From my point of view I think RIMM may break down here. This stock is slowly but steadily coming down on each passing day. Up/Down volume pattern indicates that the stock is under Distribution. The stock closed fractionaly above the major support at $65, but any close below this level could have further negative implications for the stock, and a move to $60 cannot be ruled. At this stage the stock is still trading below both 13 day and 50 day moving average showing weakness on the stock. In addition, falling MACD, now below 0, also indicates bearish trend. Stay tuned on it.

Yesterday, ENER made a big move and broke above the strong horizontal resistance at 12.30. While the volume build-up has been fairly timid, I believe this breakout of the 12.30 level could signal a bullish phase ahead for this stock. The trend since last week was "buy on dips" and yesterday's move just confirms this fact. The technical chart above shows the stock has just entered into a short-term bull market as 13 day moving average has just crossed on top over 50 day moving average. In addition both MACD and KD show buy signal as MACD is above signal line and K line is on top of D line. The stockastic is not overbought yet, so the way should be clear to higher levels. $13.25 will act as resistance point but if breaks through there could likely be a move of 15%.
